Controls Engineer
Gordon has over 24 years of gas turbine controls engineering experience during which he has worked onshore on various sites nationally, offshore North Sea, Australia, Middle East, South America, Europe and Africa.
Gordon is one of the Directors of GGI Turbine Controls, which was founded in 2013. His responsibilities range from providing controls engineering field support to all aspects of the company’s growth and operations.
Prior to launching GGI Turbine Controls Ltd, Gordon was employed by Wood Group GTS in Cumbernauld working as a Senior Technical Advisor.

Graeme brings over 31 years of electrical and controls engineering experience to GGI Turbine Controls. As a highly trained and experienced gas turbine controls engineer he has worked onshore, offshore and overseas in Australia, Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.
As a co-founder and Director of GGI Turbine Controls, Graeme’s responsibilities include directing and controlling the company’s operations to ensure it meets its aims and objectives in addition to working in the field as a Senior Controls Engineer.
In his early career Graeme also worked for John Brown Engineering, Kvaerner Energy Ltd, GE Energy Services and Wood Group GTS, Cumbernauld.

Iain launched GGI Turbine Controls with his co-founders Gordon Miller and Graeme Porter in July 2013. Together with working in the field as a controls engineer, as a Director of the company, Iain is also responsible for the business performance, growth and compliance.
Iain has a wealth of experience as a Field Service Manager focusing on the management and delivery of required gas turbine solutions to meet client requirements. During his 36 years in the industry he has worked in various locations worldwide.
Prior to setting up GGI Turbine Controls he was employed by John Brown Engineering, Nuovo Pignone, Kvaerner Energy Ltd , GE Energy Services and Wood Group GTS, Cumbernauld.
Business Development
Manager
Jim has over 40+ years of Gas Turbine experience working in both onshore and offshore Gas Turbine Power Station environments, from installation and commissioning of said equipment through to the maintenance of all types of Gas Turbine plants. Jim has worked in many different locations across the world including 15 years in the Middle East.
Prior to joining GGI in January 2015, Jim served in various Field Service Management positions firstly with John Brown Engineering and then with Wood Group GTS for over 22 years.
Manpower Field
Service Administrator
Kim has a varied background as Executive Assistant /Personal Assistant and has adapted her skills to different companies over the past 35 years. Kim started her career with the Clydesdale Bank. Had a break to have her family then returned part time before joining the Automobile Association working as PA to the Divisional Operations Manager, Scotland & NI.
In 2004 the AA building closed in Erskine with many redundancies. Kim joined GVA Grimley/Fashion House Outlets as EA to CEO followed by a short spell at Songa Shipmanagement as part of the Technical Team for Bulkers & Chemical Tankers. Kim now has the position of Manpower Field Service Administrator with GGI and is enjoying working and being part of a great team.
